Ability

Once per game, if another player nominated, you may choose to force the current execution to pass or fail.

Strategy Guide

Playing As

  • As a good Judge, save your ability to prevent a mistake (pardoning a good player) or to lock in a Demon execution when votes are tight.
  • As an evil Judge, use your ability early to kill a strong Townsfolk or save a Minion, or wait for the final day to force a win.
  • Do not nominate the player you intend to use your ability on, as you cannot judge your own nomination.
  • Force an execution on a non-suspicious good player to waste a day and deprive the town of information gained from voting patterns.
  • As evil, coordinate with a Minion to nominate a good player quickly on the final day, then immediately force the execution.

Playing Against

  • Exile the Judge before the final day if they have not used their ability, as they can instantly win the game for evil.
  • Analyze the vote count when a Judge intervenes; if they force an execution with zero votes, they are likely trying to hide information or remove a threat quickly.
  • If the Judge saves a player who had enough votes to die, assume that player is on the Judge's team or the Judge is trying to waste the town's time.
